The ‘ZT Group’ fitness programmes are designed and intended for adults aged 18-65 with no significant health problems.

Any person who has recently received or is currently receiving any medical treatment should consult their Doctor for medical clearance and we also discourage women who are pregnant, or who have recently given birth and are still awaiting for their post-natal medical check-up from starting new exercise activities.
